New Focus

When the focus is turned inward with support, encouragements and help, one can grow, causing the inner conflicts to fall away naturally. Inner stillness can then flourish and flow calm into everything we touch.

Being in the flow is having heart intelligence gracing all of one’s life. This makes our leaders more attractive to connect with the hearts of people everywhere. Happiness becomes the driving force producing results that will astound. Happiness affords and causes inner calm, the flow of mastery intelligence, inner flexibilities and efficiency in adjustments, when shift happens.

With shifts happening, we start to see how we do not know how to have compassion and care for ourselves, and ourselves in each other. With this we naturally ask for this gift. Now more shifts happen. We start to see how we have been dependent outside ourselves due to the unawaken mind. We start to see how we have been forced to be dependent on the mind and desperately try to be independent of The Giver. Now we start to see how, for us to live, we must be given help so we can be The Giver’s qualities realized, and function with compassion. We now are able to see that what we were depending on the mind to do, is so not its job. However, it pretended and did a good job being its conflicted self.

Many run around with all kinds of studies, and hold up bibliographies as a means to legitimize the mind chatter. Some do so knowing, some unknowingly. The scheme of numbers and measurements are trying to take a last stand but there is no footing to be found like they used to. One can use all the latest buzz words and phrases, talk about consciousness, conscious living and such. One can say they are of the heart and about the heart and sound convincing. One can even try to show evidence that they are successful with what they are offering. Many even go as far as outlining what we can experience.

However, here is the thing; if you are not inviting people so they can be declutched from the conflicted mind, without them entering in a new round of fighting and blood sport resistance, what good are our offerings? What good is our measurement? How do we even know how to be discerning and focus solely on our helper, The Giver? If we are still trying to manage stress and conflicts inside out, what use is the guidance we are giving and receiving?

Since our measurements are conflict ridden and conflict supportive, of what help is our present system and guidelines? I am aware that many make a living staying away from the core issue that haunts us all to unspeakable madness. Not withstanding, that cannot be a reason to still stay stuck on the old premise, with conventions, mindsets and belief systems. We must grow. We were made to grow, flourish and be at peace, realized.

The hunger to fight inside out, to try and be sane in any fashion, must go. Our source of pain, war, faulty leadership, numbers that make for fuzzy math must be seen for what they are. The source of help must also be seen, taken and embraced for what it truly is. “Man cannot make it on his own, help must be given to him.” – Sri AmmaBhagavan. To be helpless and surrender is divine. To realize you have used all the matrix, all the studies, done all the gymnastics and that your Ancestors have been down that same road for lifetimes, is to realize you are experiencing a shift of monumental importance.

Not just for your position of leadership and to wow onlookers far and wide, but for your life as a whole. For better health in ALL your relationships. For inner wellness and the outer reflections of profound, indescribable experiences bubbling inside. We must be given the shift from the clutches of the Mind by our competent source, The Giver. The Giver must now be our source and resource to guide us so our creations be useful in fabulous ways yet to be experienced.

For any teaching, guidance and what we hold sacred to be consistently helpful in ways that conventions cannot do- but pretend to be able to – we must be liberated from a false sense of freedom, a false sense of progress and the idea of change. We cannot liberate ourselves. If we could, (and god knows we have tried so we could take the credit) we would be truly free ages ago. If we could do it on our own and revel in the credit, we would already have S/heroes with patents and copyrights. The poor would not have a chance. The middle class? Some, maybe.

Humankind must be helped. Help is here, right in the privacy of your neuro-biology and the heart, which is no private matter. Once you are given the Benediction of liberation by The Giver, you will and must affect life accordingly with a smile. Heart smile. I call it Deeksha smile.

For the hearts of Leaders to smile and permanently show up in leadership no matter what, a permanent shift in how we have been wired must first occur on a massive scale. The process for this shift works for everyone, bar none. If you have a religion or no religion it must work for you. Measurements and findings in studies cannot be practiced for you to have this meaningful shift from the core, sore of the infections that human pain and suffering arises from.

Years ago, I was shown how humans suffering and in pain caused by the mind have no boundaries to class, race or of a selected few. The over active conflicted mind is an equal opportunity distributor of suffering, turmoil, upheavals, and constant interferences to all. It does its job very well to the point where it even has us believe we have had breakthroughs beating its systems of conflicts inside out.

We then go about cuddling with the fallacy of “better than” and for those “other” people, “them”, as “worse” and “less than.” With this we act with the arrogance of seeing the so called others  as less fortunate. Then in order to feel good about our selves, our systems of measurements and pretense tell us we must help the less fortunate that we so enjoy having among us for us to continue to feel fortunate. By helping to keep the so called less fortunate stay visible, and say how much we are concerned for them, we stay visible, “the fortunate ones.”

How about if we ask for help so we focus on Liberation, Leadership Consciousness, healing and setting right our relationships, making our Ancestors proud by the clearing of our long held Ancestral turmoil and pains. How about if we get together and bond with The Giver so we discover the wonders of a shift of perception? What if we were to ask for help to step away from our measurements and start anew, no matter the fears we worry about? What if we were to find out the number that would most help now is, “ONE”-ness? One Love. One Heart. One focus, and be in sync with that which gives the gift of true HAPPINESS is possible. In fact it is happening now and all can be in on it. Our Leaders have a responsible to step away from the attachment to measurements dependency.

To Evolve And Lead is not beholden to measurements, theses, theories, conventions and other fears. It takes facing our fears with the help of The Giver. Contrary to what the mind will tell you, the grass is greener with a shift of Awakening.

Justifications for Measurements?

The justifications we are attached to for why and how we are obsessed with measurements and how we measure is a developed habit over lifetimes with hopes of scoring big, winning, to be bigger and better than. We have used these measurements trying to forecast and project. Our dependency on the numbers game is founded in lack, blindness and ignorance. We are lacking the awareness and consciousness to feel, care, to produce based on a deepening bond with nature, people, places, things and The Giver as a friends visible to us.

We have been blinded by the mindset and belief systems we have idolized for lifetimes. We have been reluctant to truly see for fear of what we determined to be the so called unknown. Just what do we think we know and how do we know that another way of being is to be feared if we say it is unknown? We have been ignorant for lifetimes as to what we were really built for.

We were made to live and live according to and with great inner comfort. Inner peace is a given, a birthright, an intended default way of life. We are meant live being love realized as our default way of functioning across the board. We have been ignorant to what it means to live and as a result arrogant. You see, especially for a number of people, we have been fooled by the mind to believe we are living and know what it means to live and how.

So, we justify our measurement practices much to or detriments. From our measurements, we came up with what we call Best Practices. As we have experienced, these best practices have not worked well for us. So we go back and try to fix, repair, change and do what we can to make or measurements work. After all, we claim numbers don’t lie. Numbers are used to show what we want them to show when we are ruled by the mind.

To better use numbers and language in context, we must have a neuro-biological shift, an activated heart and other neuro biological rewiring. The old wiring has signals meant to give the mind dominance to interfere in everything. To be fearful, be suspicious, act in deception and deny all of it at any and all cost. The old wiring gives rise to disruptive personalities all fighting for dominance at every turn.

The over active conflicted mind does not rest. It goes on even when the body is at sleep. We never truly get to fully rest as a result. No matter what the studies say, you cannot really rest when the driver and boss of you is EVER active. What then must become of our measurements, studies and findings? It a miracle we have lasted this long on this planet. It is truly The Giver’s interventions that have kept us going and not destroy ourselves anymore than we have. Plus the mind would not have any proxies to carry out its wishes while it could still boss us around if we were left to demolish ourselves.

This gig however is up. The mind is now getting more and more love directed towards it that ever before. This is new for the mind. It is familiar with fight, flight, push, pull and denials. Yet, here we are in 2013 approaching 2014 and many of our leaders and those they lead are not finding the internal boxing ring attractive. Tug-of-war is loosing audience and participants. Over worked muscles for the push pull conflicted affairs are hurting and asking for help to be otherwise utilized with love as their resource for relaxation and strength.

Dependency on the numbers game must go.

With such intense focus on measurements, we placed the individuals, the innate qualities and the intuition as less that secondary in favor of the system of calculations. We left out the internal process that “must” occur for meaningful emergence of leadership that no calculation can define. Since we have now turned inward and to The Giver, there is no dependency on measurements, research, comparisons, or the wanting of any scientific evidence or certification: leaders can now turn the focus inside. As such, they grow, are in the flow and shine. The flow of Awakening plus the other gifts come with Awakening is the way to grow. Leaders must now grow and grow on a new premise.

This growth is an inside job devoid of conventions.

Measuring What? Leading, How?

We are looking at measurements, and noticing that putting measurement systems first is a source of many ills.

Well, now we know only a declutchment from the over active conflicted mind can help in a lasting meaningful way. Let it be noted, this is not where we go argue about this, and anyone tries to win at convincing anybody. I have no such interest. I am reaching out to those forward looking folks who have the interest of life on this planet high on their list, and care not to rely any longer on convention. The ones who are seeing how the mindsets and belief systems have not worked. We will not waste each other’s time by arguing. Each person has to decide on the degree of their pain, discomforts, inner conflicts and what kind of dance one is still willing to put on in denial. It’s your call as always. We all will and must shift now or later, willingly, or kicking and screaming, and will still have to shift, like it or not. The collective will no longer sit around and wait for their leader to use their made up numbers game, hoping for the best from the same old dance, even if it has seemingly different lyrics.

For us to move away from resorting to systems of measurement for all the deceptive reasons we have been using for lifetimes, it takes a shift in perception. A shift in how we respond to the everyday personalities that arise due to stored memories, and the conflicted mind that does its job so well.

For us to move into the intelligence of The Giver, and Leadership Consciousness, we must be willing to give surrender a chance. Fully experience self significance, fear of loosing, fear of becoming a no body, and the fear of not wanting to appear weak. Only when we are given the Benediction of “Seeing” can we see what the driving force behind our stubbornness to hold on to our suffering, parading it as a badge of honor and for sympathy.  It is a miracle that we have managed to still be around, after giving in to measurements so deeply, and  much to our individual and collective hurts. We have had some good karma given to us, helping us out.

The new platform helps us see and use numbers in new ways, with a whole different treatment. Treatments we will use only in context and not as a source of hurt, suffering or distraction. Instead of depending on measurements for all the reasons we have, we will focus on The Giver and be leadership consciousness (See previous postings on Leadership Consciousness) realized and ever expanding.

Leadership and Measurements

As far back as 1869 (and you can tell that the quantification of leadership were going on long before then), folks have resorted to the distraction-quantification of leadership. Instead of seeing people from a place of an open activated Heart, we resorted to the conflicted mind to show us how to see leadership, leaders and everything else. For us to have taken this from as far back as, and before 1869, it shows how we have been seeing ourselves and each other for lifetimes. It shows how we have gotten caught up in distractions, quantifications, conflicted seeing, conflicted hearing, comparisons caused by inner conflicts.

There is also a dismissiveness caused by the conflicted self and a devaluing of one another to boost self-significance. None of this could have been helped from not happening. When the mind is large and in charge, conflict in every moment rules as a taskmaster, with the deceptive promise of rewards. The mind’s reign is now fast ending with the presence of true liberation, free to “ALL” bar none. We well know that before now, when we hear ALL, it makes us think and question, all as with which group? When we say liberation for all it means just that. “ALL” of humanity. Leaders all over and in every sector should be very happy about this shift. People everywhere can be very glad of the kind of leaders and leadership that will emerge from people liberated and happy as a result of “The Inner Shift.” Celebration anyone?

The poor applications of measurements have run us into an abyss. We have used measurements to ruin people, institutions and countries. Of course, we have recent and present world crises due to the (mis)use of measurements. The Housing crisis mess. The Wall Street meltdown mess.

We acted as if we were not aware of what our leaders were up to and what would become of it all. A Leadership mess. Leaders’ lives turned upside down due to the system of measurements. This has been causing ruin to many Leaders, at all levels, for a very long time. Many have destroyed themselves in so many ways.

Some ran themselves into the ground without the chance of a comeback, because they still hold true to the very system that did them in. Many are ill emotionally, spiritually, mentally, physically and for some, all of the above. Many families have been torn apart. Many families are in deep pain and suffering, to the point that suppressants and the usual stimulations are useless to them. We could go on and on about what the systems of measurements have done to and for our experiences for lifetimes.

Some still think they can beat the numbers game and they feel they will be the new s/heros. After all, winning is said to be everything. This is so even for the ones who talk trash about how and why they do what they do, and it has nothing to do with the numbers matrix. However, we know what’s going on, and what drives them. We blame the shareholders and stakeholders for their demands.

Shareholders dodge behind a glass door and play puppet master. They blame the people out front for not preforming according to what their numbers say and what they, the shareholders, were promised, no matter what.

The funny thing is, when you look at the system of education, how parents and prospective parents are treated because of the system of measurements and ill perceptions, it make you wonder. What kind of leaders and leadership will emerge? If the measurement systems we worship are all that, then why are there so many failing schools? Why so many are kept away from the right to learn and grow? Why the segregation, separation, smothering of innate brilliance in so many ways? Why are people getting away with treating the halls of learning ever so poorly? Where is the accountability and measurements to help these ills?  Where is the evolution? Where is the leadership?

Awakened Consciousness Policies

For us to usefully use the mind in our policy making and to carry out policies that reflect an Awakened life, it takes a new premise. A new focus. A new way of life where The Giver is walking and talking with us –  a companion in friendship. Bonding ever deeper in very practical ways in every moment. We must now embrace and solicit the activated Awakened heart to shine and be realized first in our leaders, then be reflected in our policies and thus shift our leadership styles as a whole.

Policies reflect their makers and expose the hidden agendas, the unspoken yet blatant driving force of the conflicted self. We are now invited to be cognizant of the conflict self. To be clear of what is going on in and with us individually and collectively. To see how we don’t have compassion and the driving passion to stand up and welcome with open arms the liberation from the over active conflicted mind. You see, the all powerful mind has us gripped in eminent fears. Fears about our fears and, the fear of living without fear. Fears are such profitable commodities that all our policies are geared to promote the most common fears, made to fit the current generation of humankind that makes sense to them.

It is the in-thing:  fear of fear mongering by the mind that is used by our leadership, making policies without their knowing. One of my teachers once told me, The Giver looks at humankind in and with the utmost compassion. It knows humankind is not to blame. It knows not even the conflicted mind is to be blamed. The Giver knows that the blame game is of the very mind that is all too ready to float the blame game approach at this time of our most profound shift in consciousness ever. So, as my teacher would say , we are not advocating trying to banish the conflicted self, just be aware of it with the competent help of The Giver. The Giver will take care of the details. Our Leaders must now face the fact that, with all their best and most arduous efforts, the conflicted mind rules. The conflicted mind stops ruling, dominating and interfering only when we are declutched from it. Then we are able to see it with and in love for what it is at this point, without trying to change it or control it.

We can see the mind for what is truly is, let it be, focus on The Giver, and be about Awakened Leadership, all at the same time. For clarification, it is not the new multi tasking. It is a Benediction given, realized and enjoyed as a way of life integrated and made manifest from the inside out. This Benediction causes one to experience whatever one’s Divine is (that which is sacred to them) for their leadership, in a most magnificent manner. The mind is not the source of such experience. The Giver is.  NOTE: you are not required to have or subscribe to any particular deity to enjoy this experience!  With the Giver,everyone who comes face to face  with their hurts and asks for help must receive help without conditions attached.

Policies can never set aright any of our relationships. Leadership relationships can only be healed of their woes by the leaders and policy makers been gifted with Awakening/Liberation. We know not how to usefully and constructively use the mind while living the new Awakened life. This Awakened life is not so new, but the way to it, the approach, is new. We have always depended on the very mind that created our conflicts, to solve them. There is no making of the conflicts into happiness. That in it self would still be about conflicts. The new platform is about truly living for the first time since the conflicted mind was created millennia ago. Now is the time to establish new policies that happen naturally with a leadership awakening at work. Leaders must now realize they can live and lead without the conflicted interferences of a conflicted mind. We can live without fear being a prized commodity. We can live without a fear based commerce. Let The Giver show us how. It knows.

This planet has given much since first created. It supported a healthy life style until our policies came along that have left it reeling from the burns of a scalding  conflict soup being poured into it at every turn. The earth is a living being and suffers greatly from our policies, just as all the species it carries and supports. Our Policies then must be in support of that which supports us in every way, every day.

It is time to make Awakened Consciousness Policies. The new platform of leadership is based on Conscious Awareness of all Beings functioning in full support of each other without regard to seeming distance and locations. The truth is, we are more than close neighbors. We are ONE. Every part of our individual and collective policies affect the whole, quite literally. It is like air. You affect the air quality here, you affect someone in Timbuktu, too. Policies matter in every way. From mom and pop business leadership to international business leadership, policy matters. Leadership matters in all its enumerations. Sound leadership must take on a new inside-out demonstration from the deeply happy experience our leaders are experiencing inside.

When causeless happiness matters to our leaders, it makes for happy Policy making. Happy policy making makes for the demonstration of happy Leaders leading a happy life across the board. It makes for setting aright ALL of our relationships naturally. The carrying out of those policies made by happy leaders makes for the kind of leadership some of us dreamt of for lifetimes but went off the deep end in pursuit of it from the conflicted mind’s perspective.

Now we are able to move ahead being duly shifted into the flow of fluid leadership. This flow comes from a bubbling fountain of causeless joy which brings forth the inner wisdom and growth needed for leadership in wholeness. Leadership then turns into service to humanity when we have Heart Consciousness and Heart Awakening walking and talking with us as a living experience. Leaders must now affect the world no matter where they are positioned, knowing that their leadership affects the whole in every way, everyday. As such, Happiness is essential. Happiness is key. Happiness is profitable. Happiness is an infinite resource. Causeless happiness solves and resolves our deepest reaches affected by conflicted emotions held in as a hostage by the mind for lifetimes. These deeply held conflicted emotions can now be discharged under happy terms with all the previous and present player and supporters. Now we can make our Ancestors happy that the old mold has been broken. We can now make policies from our new experiences inside flowing out, that are new-life supporting. New-Life is a term I use to express the new inner experiences one enjoys in an Awakened life lived. A life where causeless joy is so valued, it is treasured and held sacred.

We talk and value ourselves on being counted as the leaders to go to when the hard decisions are to be made. When things need to get done and done well for our band of stakeholders and shareholders. Therefore, if we prize ourselves that much, be mavericks. Be the cutting edge. Be the unconventional explorers. There is a new world present. Let it be present in you as leaders who matter in a new way. Be the leaders our admired Ancestors could only but dream of, if they were that inclined, and they were. They choose you to be here now to bring about lasting policies that reflect causeless joy as a premise for experiencing life. Life is meant to be another term for causeless joy experienced, expressed and continuing to build on itself with every moment.

Policy Making

It is time to Evolve And Lead in policy making, policy implementations and causeless joy expanding. Then we can really converse about Best Practices. When we have to make policies for best practices it shows how much the conflicted self interferes. Best Practices come naturally to us as a way of life, when we are gifted with liberation for the over active conflicted mind. Policy making for Best Practices becomes useless when the natural flow of the heart is our everyday experience. To be any other way would be unnatural and would have no appeal to us. Leaders then will be able to focus on greatness that comes flowing like a healthy river that dances over and around every boulder and makes music with the pebbles and sand. To truly live is a Best Practice made manifest as a joyful way of life for all species. Leaders, lead the way. New leaders, lead the way. Emerging leaders, lead the way. Evolve, emerge and lead. Best Practice is also seeing the “what is” that is happening in us. “To see is to be free.”

Be informed anew, instead of trying to reform old policies and old ways of leading based on the self significant leadership of the conflicted mind. Causeless joy has its own premise of leadership that causes ever greater, deeper expanding experiences of itself. It makes leadership fun. It gives liberation form work and work becomes experiences of causeless joy washing and flowing through us, sustaining us. All our business practices then become profitable in ways we could not even predict. Mysteries begin to unfold. Technologies and the policies governing them become a way to build on our experiences, effortless and meaningful in every way. We are yet to have policies that encourage and promote the creation of technologies from causeless joy, deep inside, flowing out. We are so used to our policies directing us, that we don’t even recognize we could allow these technologies do what we are better capable of. On the other hand, present technologies are meant to nudge and remind us of our innate abilities we were built for. At a later time, we will look at the technologies of Grace for leadership and leading in the world. There is a source for technologies yet to be widely tapped by the many. Our new policies must bring out the joy in us, to access untapped resources in the universe, filled with excitements of living life fully.

Policies, Policy making, Policy implementations must come under intense observations with wide opened eyes inside. It is inside that we must look. See what really drives us, not just the make believe, but all of it. See the core. See the core cause. We are a people always asking for that one thing that … Well, there are two ‘one things.’ One, the conflicted mind in control that drives our policies, then, there is the other ONE thing. The one thing that shows us how to be at peace with the ancient conflicted mind and not be disturbed by it. This and only this one thing that can form the new policies we are pointing to. This is not where we fruitlessly turn conflict into love. Conflict is one thing. Love is the other ONE thing. You are being played by the first thing, or, playing because of the latter in causeless joy ever expanding. In the conflicted self, you are led to believe you are playing. All the while you are just sleep walking. In and with Love, you are playing and you know it. You are play realized. Happy people play while greatness flows. They know and are consciously aware that joy is at play and there is no one there to be hurt. The self that can be hurt must go. The self that makes policies for the benefit of the few and pretends it is profitable policies for the all, must go. When we are happy and playing, it’s just playing. Everyone making sure they are all having fun and supporting only that. To play is to live. To lead is to play. Happy people create happy places because they are happy. They are not seeking to be happy by a person, place or thing. They are happy with every person, place and thing always and all ways. Even if there are tears, happiness is present.

Happy people make happy policies. Can you say you are really happy?

To Evolve And Lead, it calls for happiness as a growing experience for our Leaders. Leadership then must be happiness in action, by default. What is your default now? Policies can and must be happiness expressing. What is now being expressed in the world of your making? In your company, business, that which you are charged with, and that which you claim ownership to?

“To lead is to be lead by an Awakened Heart.” Evolve And Lead is an invitation the heart knows.

Leadership and Policies

So, before we figure out what to do about our policies and how to use them to reflect life supporting, life sustaining, life fulfilling and life uplifting ways; we must turn inside for great, competent help.

Turn to that which liberates us for the benefit of all. We must turn to that which can take care of the finer details of liberating us from the mind. No fighting, control or violent confrontation needed. No suppression or oppression employed, either. Before we can see, appreciate and make a move to formulate new policies from a place of Causeless Joy, happiness and inner stillness, we must be given an internal shift in perceptions. A shift in consciousness deeper than we have ever experienced in any lifetime. Deeper than our Ancestors have ever collectively experienced. A shift in relating, seeing and feeling. A connection, a bond, a friendship, an active working relationship must be made with The Giver. The Giver of gifts. The Interventionist. That which can cause an interference the likes of which we are witnessing in recent years, that brings out experiencing life without the conflicting mind running the show.

It takes a neuro-biological shift given by The Giver, personally, in the comfort of your own heart and internal systems. This is a thing of beauty. An experience you cannot explain when given, yet deeply enjoyed and realized. This is where you and The Giver becoming ONE is now seen for the Oneness we are. The Oneness we are built for as a way of life.

In order to actualize a foundation – a premise that serves all to the harm of none – it requires the new platform that reflects the ongoing shifts we are experiencing deeper and ever deeper, internally. We call it “the new norm.” Policy adoptions of the old models are out. You cannot just adopt a policy on the new platform without your own shifts in perceptions, either. It would be like throwing pearls to a pig. They immediately get lost in the mud without due regard and value.

What we have seen so far for lifetimes, is the oppressed becoming more oppressive when they take over. More than their oppressors could ever dream, using the same polices and adding more toxic dirt. No change in perceptions, yet claiming to be different. Then we go about saying we have adopted new policies and best practices only to make a bigger mess. So yes, we are so-called different, we have managed to make a bigger vortex of hurt, distress and deeper turmoil, from the inside out. We have been trying to change a tyrant (the conflicted self) into a pussycat. The way the conflicted mind rolls, it rolls you over. It continues to break you in ever smaller pieces, steeped in charges of confusion; conflict generated programs and ever-recurring patterns that support the loop of suffering and fierce denials to the death. Our polices have been supporting the experiences of the walking dead from the highest of places with the brightest of us, to the scorned and lowest ranked among us. Yet we depend on the scorned to prop us up as their saviors: that we are well meaning; that we are doing the right thing by them and for them. In fact, we expect the scorned to work harder than we do to support our ill-gotten policies and to degrade the human spirit.

As a result of our polices, we rightly call back-breaking, energy draining work,  “hard work.”  It is hard work because it only gets you deeper into suffering. This includes those who make and profit the most and feel they have justly profited. As someone once told me, the well to doers tell everybody else about the virtues of hard work while they go about work working smarter, more intelligently, more efficiently and effectively. Hard work only produces hardship on all levels. This is why it is called hard work. If hard work was any good, only the very few it benefits would know about it. It would be kept a secret away from the masses. On the other hand, the deceptive, manipulating work that makes our policies is kept secret. Laws are made to protect and enhance said deceptive work that policies are developed from.

We now have policies dating back thousands of years, lifetimes that get camouflaged makeovers from generation to generation, embraced by our leadership in every sector that impoverishes the many for the sake of the few.  Some of our leaders have become so numb and blinded that they swear they are not supporting or subscribing to any such schemes. However, per the conflicted self, the policies and our leaders are not the point. Suffering, separation and ever more conflicts is the bottom-line, is the point of focus. The world over and, in particular, businesses have been purposely misdirected and kept focused on the financial bottom-line.  This is genius at work by the conflicted mind. What better to use than people, money, gains and seeming power to carry out the elaborate scheme of conflict building. With this, our leaders are used to accommodate the mind to reek havoc through policy making and the promise of great compensations to the mind lead handlers.

However, this or no other generation of the so called past have been made to benefit. The over active conflicted mind is the first source and maker of the ponzi schemes to hit and whet the appetite of powerful leaders the world over. Deep intense suffering is at the base of every scheme. The conflicted mind is well aware of what excites us. It is the creator of these schemes. We just get to share in it and wallow in pain and great inner discomfort as compensation for our part.

Well, the time is here and now for a new approach to our lives, businesses, Leadership and most of all for our Leaders. We must be given this shift to Awakening/Liberation on the inside. With such a shift, those who look up to, depend on and even when they don’t trust their leaders, they are looking for the leadership of comprehensive shift to occur and take deep root. We are ready to flourish in truth where policies are made from a place of happiness deep within our policy creators in ALL sectors. Where is the leadership to accomplish such a ground breaking of mindsets and belief systems shattering feat? The Giver. The Avatar of the Awakened activated Heart and the De-clutcher of and from the conflicted mind.

Leaders, Leadership, Policies and Policy Making – 1

Here are a few points to look at:

  • Policies. What have been our policies towards policy making and the policies that got made to date?

  • How can we use the new platform for Policies and Policy making?

  • “Best practices” – What is that? What has it been? Why?

  • What do we do about polices and policy making now?

We are being called to be informed anew, instead of trying to REform what has not worked in the past.

How have we been making and using Policies for lifetimes now? Well, take a look at the world and  our experiences of it all. Look at how divided, segregated and conflicted we are due to all the versions of separations we embrace and cuddle. We even dared to call it “really living.”  In the world of business, and every part of societies large and small, the policies are showing the same auras, the same reflections, the same invitations. More separation consciousness at work, glorified. More suffering placed on those  governed, and no relief in sight from the inner conflicts expressed. The efforts made to store and hold onto mounting inner conflicts increase. (By the way, notice, no inner conflict can stay hidden.)

We have been making and using Policies from the conflicted self. We have been using separation consciousness to formulate, make and implement Policies for ages. We then go about trying to find and articulate new and cooked up explanations and defenses for these injurious policies. We make policies and enact them with the mindset of preserving self significance, our image, and to be seen and taken as doing the right thing. None of this has been useful for ages now. How much pain and suffering have we caused? We “only did what was best,” we say – while patting ourselves on the back, and soliciting sympathy, none the less.

Polices made from the conflicted self can never serve us in any way useful for the betterment of Humankind inside out. Yet, we insist on defending this approach and must, if we are coddling the conflicted mind and protecting the limiting belief systems. At the core of defending our lifetimes of pain begetting policies, is fear. The mind is fear. Not that it experiences fear – it is fear. Fear begets fear. Fear desires and must seek and get company to survive. We have been a source of food and survival for the conflicted self of fear. We have been manipulated for and by the over active conflicted mind without a real choice to do otherwise. When in the clutches of the conflicted mind, it rules ALL of your life in ways that make you feel you are making progress in life. Stagnancy has been long hailed as progress so we can revel in collective ignorance, suffering and pain. We say “that’s the way it is” as a cover,  a shield and in defense of conflicted policies made in and with conflict.

How can we then make a new page? No, not turn a new page. We have been claiming to be “turning a new page” for lifetimes only to be using the same playbook, just a different generation.  The new platform invites us to see the root of the problem for what it truly is. No longer imagining we are controlling and trying to change the conflicted self, but to be declutched from it.

Be with it, not of it. Be with it and not it controlling you, interfering or be taken for the reality you live by. In this approach, we evolve. In this approach, we lead.

The Shift to Leadership Consciousness

Remember, you cannot make this shift into the Leadership Consciousness happen. It is not a premise, a platform that you read the Cliff notes about, or put your spin on it and make it happen. You are Leaders. You know how to pay attention to details and follow through. However, as a long running program of the conflicted mind, we are lousy at asking for, accepting, and appreciating useful, detailed help. This, however, is caused by the conflicted mind doing as it always does and denies that that is what it is doing. The mind must protect itself and its ways, to survive. This is your life.  Feel the deep importance to make a shift. This is about  your leadership on the world stage, and to make the kind of impact that has eluded us for lifetimes, it takes a shift in perception. We are poor receivers, we know not how to receive. It is time to show up, open up and ask for the Benediction of receiving. You are a Leader and an adult, take responsibility for this, for yourself.

None of the new platforms must be seen or taken as a refurbishing of the old. Do not expect it to sound like the old form, the old approach, or to conform to conventions, mindsets, and belief systems. It is not meant to sound like what you are used to or expect. There is no brainstorming, only a neuro-biological shift done by The Giver, in the privacy of your own heart. No prescribed Giver to convert to. It is a shift from the Mind games, to the enjoying of the game of life, being happiness and heart, realized. You become a walking, activated vortex of love, functioning in wholeness, actualized.

To shift and to be in comfort with the prospect of shifting, is a gift we receive from The Giver. We have deep fears. Then we have fears about our fears. It’s a constant mind-loop. We have been trained in more ways than one, to resist that which is natural from deep within, and yet claim we are not resisting. We even deny the denials. Help is here at hand, available to ALL.

In order to really enjoy the finer experiences of true life lived, we must come about with the falling away of elitism, the idea of “a chosen few,” the putting down of “you” or “others,” the idea of being less than or more than, and a letting go of trying to let go. Keeping up the fallacy of keeping up appearances naturally falls away, giving rise to a new emergence of thriving. We start to hear and listen with the heart, and feel. We come to notice what we are feeling, instead of feeling around for what to say and how. The mind must be quiet for us to listen and hear. Mind interference must cease, must go. We must grow and experience what it is like not to be bothered by attempted interferences, if they arise. We must come to experience what it is to be in a caring stillness experience inside, observing without attachment to the ways of the mind that meddles.

Leaders have baggage, too, like the folks they lead, like the folks that elect and choose them. However, the folks they lead have a power the leaders can tap into for support with the new platform. The people are shifting from confrontations externally to confronting what is going on inside themselves. Many folks now are seeing their part in the current crisis. They are seeing how the mind has been in control and we had no choice, no free will, no choice. They are seeing that freewill is of the mind. Choice is a farce. When we are truly living, there is no freewill, appetite or wanting. To be free has nothing to do with freewill. People want to be free. Leaders can help with that. Tap into that and show the way by being gifted with freedom, and all you have to do is ask for help. Use the help. Be of help. Evolve And Lead and they will follow.

Realizing Leadership Consciousness

When we realize Leadership has a consciousness waiting to be tapped, for which the heart has longed, we start to see our place in the world with a new perspective. Our leadership starts to matter in new ways. Our positions as Leaders in the world, would take on a new look, at how a tender side to us emerges, exposing its strength and power. The division between the masculine and feminine in us starts to merge ever so gently. We even start to take a comfortable look at gender and genderization of everything, because of the many internal discomforts, pain and conflicts we carry. The fear of looking and seeing starts to fall away at a speed we have no control of, or care to control. We start wanting to make amends. Then we realize, amends happen naturally and without  guilt or shame. A feeling of wanting to experience real happiness takes on a new approach from within.

When our Leaders respond to the calling of the heart, they are pleasantly surprised, sometimes, by how much support the universe gives to them, in so many ways. Their relationships start to shift for the better, naturally. This happens with their relationship to Leadership as well. Being an upstanding Leader is now a different experience for them in their lives, for the better. Seeking approval and competition starts to fall away, and a new way of producing profits, showing value, and  what is worthy of their time, comes from a new premise. To thrive is to truly live. We know not how to live, how to truly live. The latest fad and buzz as a way of not facing inside turmoil, is no longer an option worth pursuing. Playing by the rules of the conflicted mind starts to be seen for what it is, how it interferes, and is the cause of suffering. The filters of the conflicted mind start to fall away. Leaders find that facing their demons, their conflicts, and their pain comes with courage they did not know was possible to experience.

Come let us explore the Consciousness of Leadership, and Evolve And Lead. We owe it to Leaders who have gone before us (our “Leadership Ancestors”), our loved ones, and the planet. We have a responsibility to them all to make this shift, for a life experience we previously only attributed to Sages, Saints and the very few who had tapped into the Leadership Consciousness consciously. Say a sacred prayer such as: “I thank the Consciousness of Leadership for leading me inside so that I truly see and accept what I see of myself.  I accept interventions of The Giver. Thank you, thank you, thank you.!” Now we go about our day and night with the confidence that our Giver is responding. You can do this even if you are an atheist or believe in absolutely nothing you care to count as sacred. The universal consciousness must respond to us favorably.
