
Morning Sadhana : Sahasrara Chakra Dhyana – 7 min
- Sit in a comfortable posture with your back straight/ spine erect.
- If you are using
chair to sit – keep your back straight and feet touching the floor. - Hands mudra: Index finger touching
base of your thumb; place your palms atedge of your knees facing skywards. - Visualize Sahasrara Chakra on
crown of your head or simply bring your awareness tocrown of your head. - Close your eyes – inhale deeply and slowly through your nose, and as you exhale, chant: OOGUM – SATYAM – AUM
- Inhalation and exhalation
is best in the ratio of 1:2. (Outbreath twice as long asinbreath .) Repeat the process for seven minutes.
