April Breath Practice

Sahasrara

Morning Sadhana : Sahasrara Chakra Dhyana – 7 min

  1. Sit in a comfortable posture with your back straight/ spine erect.
  2. If you are using to sit – keep your back straight and feet touching the floor.
  3. Hands mudra: Index finger touching of your thumb; place your palms at of your knees facing skywards.
  4. Visualize Sahasrara Chakra on of your head or simply bring your awareness to of your head.
  5. Close your eyes – inhale deeply and slowly through your nose, and as you exhale, chant: OOGUM – SATYAM – AUM
  6. Inhalation and exhalation best in the ratio of 1:2. (Outbreath twice as long as .) Repeat the process for seven minutes.
